How do I create an account?
Go to
Register, fill in your name, email and a strong password. You’ll receive a confirmation by email.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use
Forgot password. Enter your email, and we will send a secure reset link.
Why can’t I sign in?
Double-check your username/email and password. If you used an old plaintext password, the system will migrate it automatically after a successful login.
How do I add a new project?
Open
Projects and click
Create project. Fill the form and save.
Can I upload files to an ebook?
Yes. In eBooks, add a file URL (PDF/ePub). For direct uploads, use your hosting file manager or an upload endpoint.
Where are support tickets stored?
In the support_tickets
table with basic metadata. We also send an email notification to our support inbox.
